What to Say to Yourself #5 (2020)


Kids & Adults:

Part One

This week, we will focus on how we both talk to our kids, and as kids listen to our parents. As parents, we will stop saying anything that reinforces negative statements to our kids! As kids, we will choose what we “listen to” by stating, “I don’t believe that to be true, let me prove it to you.”

Part Two

When talking to our friends and family members, we will focus on saying things about our exciting potential, rather than focusing on the negatives that are circumstantial.
