Step 1: Cut-It-Out! Think of one external source of negative programming and cut-it-out of your life for one week! (FB, News, playing on video games, etc.) This awareness will help you realize how much negative programming is entering into your mind.
Step 2: Create a list of the top 3 self-talk that you want to change and rewrite the script. Be aware of them daily and practice saying the new script.
