What to Say to Yourself #12 (2021)


Think about something or someone that motivates you (External Motivation/Motivator).  Write down a positive self-talk statement that you can start saying each day based on level 3 and level 4 self talk that will start changing your programming so that you will feel less stress about the activity.

Does doing homework or classwork online “stress” any of you out?  If so, create a statement with level 3 and 4 self-talk would look like this:

“I no longer struggle with getting motivated to get my school work completed on time.  I am an excellent student and enjoy being a straight “A” Student
