Think about something or someone that motivates you (External Motivation/Motivator). Write down a positive self-talk statement that you can start saying each day based on level 3 and level 4 self talk that will start changing your programming so that you will feel less stress about the activity.
Does doing homework or classwork online “stress” you out? If so, creating a statement with level 3 and 4 self-talk would look like this:
“I no longer struggle with getting motivated to get my school work completed on time. I am an excellent student and enjoy being a straight “A” student.”
