Think about a mood that you find yourself in more right now that you would like to change. Bored? Scared? Anxious? Angry? Sad? Confused?

Write down one or two thoughts that you might have that surround this mood (prior to the mood or while in the mood). “There’s nothing to do… I can’t figure out a way…”
