Practice Practice Practice
Pick an activity that you might have “missed” on or you would like to get better at during the week. Maybe it’s your form for your test next week, your combos, or your golf drive. Think about all the components that will make you succeed in that activity. Visualize all the details, all the way through over and over for this activity every day through the next week. Then reinforce it with actual practice… report back to me the results next week.
