Ms. Rhianna Cole began her martial arts journey at age 8, briefly training in a mixed martial arts style before committing full-time in 2017. She joined Ripple Effect Martial Arts in 2019 and has since earned her second-degree black belt. In addition to her Taekwondo training, she holds a red/brown belt in Judo.

Now an instructor at both the Middleburg and Fleming Island schools, Ms. Cole also serves as the Assistant Prep Cycle Coordinator for Spring 2025 and a 2nd Degree Captain. She is known for her fun and positive energy, using her experience to help shape the next generation of black belts. Her goal at Ripple Effect is to continue developing strong, confident instructors and helping students maintain a positive mindset—even in the toughest situations. For her, one of the most rewarding aspects of martial arts is the camaraderie built among students, instructors, and parents. She takes pride in her own personal growth, both mentally and physically, and loves passing that strength and confidence on to others.

Beyond martial arts, Ms. Cole enjoys running, weightlifting, and tumbling. She is also an accomplished student, having earned an Associate of Arts degree and graduating high school six months early. She was involved in numerous academic honor societies, including NHS, BETA Club, NSHSS, Phi Theta Kappa, and NTHS, as well as the Dean’s List and Honors Program at St. John’s River State College.
