Miss Whitlow started training at 4 years old at Mile High Karate in Thornton, Colorado. Coming up the ranks she knew she always want to instruct and share her passion for martial arts.
With more than 15 years of training and holding a 4th-degree black belt, the love for the sport and her students only grows each and every day. Miss Whitlow teaches classes for Ripple Effect Martial Arts in Longmont.
Beyond training and instructing, Miss Whitlow enjoys powerlifting and concerts, and you can always find her back at college cheering on the CU Buffs.
