Sat, Jan 21 @ 11am – Start the new year strong by learning how to set and achieve goals. We will be focusing on tips and tricks to set attainable goals and successfully achieve them, and we will be setting a home goal, work/school goal, and a physical goal during the workshops. Workshops will be led by each head instructor in each school location.
