- Think of how others look at you objectively… look at yourself through other people’s eyes. Imagine what they would say about you if they had to get up in front of a group of people. Write down the first 3 things that would come to mind.
- Think about your sisters, brothers, moms, dads, spouses, or friends—what could you do for them today that would show empathy?
